PAUL JAMES KELLY

I am a regional officer for the Lancashire region, along with my counterparts, Ralph Miller and Brian Ellis. I also road test cars for the Club, do the odd technical article and work for Cicelely motorsport as team photographer, and write a monthly article about the BTCC. I have 4 Mercs. An 1983 380 SL, a 1993 300-24 SL, a 2002 SL 55 AMG, and an ML 320 cdi W164. Our region is very active. We have a base but only use it in the off season. Most events are visiting places of interest or a scenic drive. We encourage couples to partake, and as a result don't always do car stuff!
