We bought our first Mercedes-Benz an SLK R170 in 1998, I was so impressed with the build quality we have now owned 14 and still own have an SLK, I'm an electrical engineer by trade and worked in the broadcast then computer industry specialising in video on demand and am now retired, having been a club member for some time Jeremy Stevens invited me to assist as a Technical Team member a few years ago I subsequently became the Internet Services Director position I've now stood down from. My present daily drive is a C399e, my wife Beverly drives an A250e both great cars we also have 2 Borgwards an Isabella Coupe and a Hansa 2400 but that's another story.
