KATHY ATHERTON

Hi, I’m Kathy. I learnt to drive in a Mini and six months later got a Morris Minor, a bit past it’s sell by date, but started every time and bought with my own money, great fun. A mixture of cars followed, some worse than others. During the 80s and 90s I was a member of several car clubs, attending classic car shows with the relevant club. I bought my first Mercedes in April 2007 and joined the club in the July at the car show at Powderham Castle. I became a Regional Officer in May 2019, in this role I prepare items for inclusion in the Regional pages of the Gazette and collate information for Paul to use for the newsletter.
