I have organised a trip to run directly from the end of the MBIG’s ‘Ponton Rally’ in Germany in June 2026 to visit :-
Leipzig, Colditz, Dresden & Kasell.
You do not have to have been on the Ponton Rally to come to this one as it is a separate event.
We will be spending a leisurely day visiting the locations and stopping over at each for two nights.
Starting on Sunday 7th June from Einbeck at the conclusion of the Ponton Rally, we will drive to Leipzig for our first night.
Monday 8th- Day at leisure in Leipzig
Tuesday 9th – Visit Colditz castle then drive to Dresden
Wednesday 10th – Day at leisure in Dresden
Thursday 11th – Drive to Kasell
Friday 12th – Day at leisure in Kasell
Saturday 13th – Drive to Ratingen (Nr Essen)
Sunday 14th – Drive home

Due to the very nature of it being a very old castle access may be restrictive in some places for those not easy with steps and corridors. The route from Colditz town to the castle is an uphill path.
