Club Archive

Our founder, Ronald Johnson, started the Archive in 1952.  This has grown over the
years to become a huge resource of photographs, technical documents and
memorabilia.  Ronald also kept detailed records of every Mercedes-Benz he saw, and
this is used to support research into early Mercedes-Benz motor cars.

Club members have free access to this wealth of digital information, hosted on our
Club Website, subject to the Club’s Terms of Use. These limit usage to personal
research and restrict reproduction of the material. The Terms of Use are accessible
via the link below.

Archive Terms of Use

Access for non-members is subject to the same Terms of Use set out in the above
link; it can be requested via the Archive email address given below.  Please state the
reason that access is requested and how the information will be used.  Digital access
is not available for non-members and research fees will be charged for the provision
of digital and non-digital information.  Please note, physical access to the Archive is currently unavailable, both for members and non-members.  The Archive is always keen to consider donations of any Mercedes-Benz material which individuals may wish to donate.
