The Mercedes-Benz Club Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England company number 615792, whose registered office is 30 Scotgate, Stamford, PE9 2YQ, United Kingdom and operating as The Mercedes-Benz Club Limited (“The Mercedes-Benz Club”) or (‘the Club’) owns, manages and maintains this website, the Members’ Form, the Club’s social media platform content and the Club’s Archive.

Use of the website

By using this website you agree to only to use this Website under these terms and conditions of use policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use policy you should not use the website.

Certain areas of the website can only be accessed by current members of The Mercedes-Benz Club Limited. If you are not a member, or if your membership expires, lapses or otherwise ends, you will not be able to access these areas. Some areas are restricted to Officials only. If you are no longer an official of the Club, or if your membership as an Official expires, lapses or otherwise ends, you will not be able to access these areas.

Members should not allow their membership details to be passed to any third-parties which would give them unauthorised access to the members’ and/or officials only areas or members’ only services available on this website. Members (including officials) failing to observe this requirement may have their ongoing membership reviewed by the Board of Directors.

Such information, advice and assistance provided by such persons is given in good faith and is based on the personal experience and knowledge of the individual concerned. Personal information about a club member will not be given without that members consent in writing.

Neither The Mercedes-Benz Club Limited nor any of the aforementioned shall be under any liability in respect of any such information, advice or assistance given to members and non-members. Members and non-members are advised to consult qualified specialists for information, advice and assistance on matters connected with their cars at all times.
