We’re going to try moving our AGM from its traditional date of early-December to a date in September when we hope the weather be will much better and hopefully make it easier for more members to attend.
Our 66th Annual General Meeting is going to be held on Saturday, 7th September 2024, in the Hatton Suite at The Delta Marriott Hotel Warwick, Stratford Road, Warwick, CV34 6RE, commencing at 1:30pm (coffee and tea will be available from 1:00pm). We expect the meeting to conclude at 3:30pm.
As well as the formal AGM business, this meeting also provides an opportunity for members to ask questions of the Directors and to hear their future plans for the Club.
