Locke Park has become a favorite venue for the Mercedes Benz Club, Yorkshire-South and sister region members Yorkshire-West over the last ten years or so. The event is one of ten held by the Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club throughout their club season and an event which attracts some 500 vehicles of all types from classic cars, young timers and commercial vehicles. It is an event which we generally attract 30 to 35 cars both young and old of the Mercedes Marque. It is a family day out with a brass band, refreshment vans and merchandise stalls. Due to our members enthusiasm for this event we have won the best stand in show for the past 11 years. This year’s event will be held at Locke Park Barnsley S70 6NF on the 8th June
