The election closed on the 18th August 2025 and the results are as follows;
The total email vote invites sent were 5908
- 4,118 were opened (69.7%)
- 1,532 unopened (25.9%)
- 177 bounced (3.0%)
Total responses to email invite were 639 (10.8%)

There were a total of 800 responses from a total membership of 6765 (inc joint members)=11.8% turnout
Final votes as follows. There were only 4 votes cast that I had to be removed due to no match in the membership list for membership number, First and last name or last name with wrong spelling.

Therefore all four candidates will become directors with effect from the AGM in October 2025 with a term of office of 3 years.
