The December monthly Club meeting is to double up as the Region’s Christmas Dinner, ie. 19:00 Thursday 04 December 2025 at The Chesterton Hotel, Chesterton, Bicester OX26 1UE.
I need to know before 11 November who will be attending. There is a choice between the regular menu, no deposit required and a Festive Menu, for which a £10pp deposit is required.
If you intend attending please email me advising which menu you are choosing and if the Festive Menu your choices. If you have chosen the Festive Menu I will, by return send to you the hotel’s bank details in order that you can pay the deposit.
