JEREMY STEVENS

Technical Adviser

I have spent most of my working life in automotive engineering, specialising in commercial vehicle and military vehicle electronics/control systems. My first Mercedes was a 1979 W123 240D followed a couple of years later by a 1952 W136 170V project car which I managed to eventually restore but it sadly caught fire on the M3 when travelling at speed and is now back to a project car again. It has been replaced by a W120 180 Ponton which has also turned into a project car! We also have a W124 300D and a R170 SLK. Using my professional experience, I have built test sets for many Mercedes control units including the D-Jetronic engine controller and MAP sensor, R129 combi and wiper relays, the MAS, (the list goes on).
