A very rare R129 Carat Duchatelet SL at just 52800 miles, in original condition, with two full A4 folders of history, annual MBSH.
When I purchased this exquisite SL from its previous owner 20 years ago, I knew that the Carat Duchatelet was a rare variant. I made the decision to keep it as original as possible using only OEM parts and Labour. To date I have not been able to find another RHD R129 Carat Duchatelet in the UK. The previous owner had owned the car for 8 years.
The car is complete with all the ancillaries it left the showroom with including handbook, full stamp service book, tool roll, first aid kit, wind deflector and cover. The wiring loom has been replaced and the throttle body was rebuilt by the SL Shop. All maintenance and annual service has been undertaken by Mercedes Benz Bromley, which was owned and operated by Daimler-Benz. At 52,800 miles this is a well loved, cared for and original car. In addition, there are two A4 folders full of service history and receipts. It has a clean MOT. The soft top is original and is in a very close to new condition.
