Mercedes 280se american import, rare 4.5 litre v8 automatic. From the dry state of Nevada, rust free original bodywork. 20700 maybe 120700?

Very nice 280se in red metalic paint with cream MB Tex interior.
Very rare 4.5litre automatic lhd imported from America, Nevada.
Mot issued last year. This car was purchased for an intended European trip, that will not happen due to the Russian/ Ukrainian conflict. For this reason, the car is now for sale.
The car has been fully recommissioned by me and is now in good running order.
I have spent over £4,000 in parts alone to include.
Refurbished brakes all round
Refurbished radiator, king pins & bushes, all door locks and electric windows, central locking working. Windscreen washer pump, fuel injectors cleaned, new plugs & plug leads, all rubber fuel lines replaced, new fuel filter, full service, oils & filters, new tyres; spare tyre is original from 1972!
New windscreen rubber seal & trunk seal, new shocks all round. New electric aerial and front speakers fitted.
New semi-sealed beam headlights fitted, the original lights were very dim.
The car has original working air conditioning.

The car is generally in good condition, the paintwork is good with a few minor areas needing attention, but is almost a rust free car. The chrome is first class. The interior is clean with no tears or rips. Everything except the clock works.
It is a head turning car, I will miss it, but it has to go.
