We are delighted to be holding our Christmas lunch again at the Scarborough Hill Country Inn, situated just south of North Walsham. The venue proved to be very popular last year, when more than 30 members attended, and I am hoping we might even exceed that this year.
For those of you have not been to the Inn before, it is a beautiful period property which exudes atmosphere and should once again provide a superb setting for lunch in the orangery, together with that special sense of occasion.
As last year, on arrival, guests will be welcomed in the lounge complete with open log fire, with a glass of Prosecco or something similar to launch the occasion. We shall enjoy a two-course lunch, followed by mice pies and Teas/Coffee to finish. Please aim to arrive from 12:30 for the reception, to be seated about 13:00 pm for lunch. There will be a bar available serving a wide range of beverages. Cost will be £46.00 per person.
For those of you wishing to overnight, we have negotiated a special room rate, including breakfast for two, please enquire directly with the hotel. To be sure of a place, as numbers are limited, please book early, both for the meal and a room if you wish to stay.
