All Members are warmly invited to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is being held just outside Bicester at the Chesterton Hotel in Chesterton near Bicester OX26 1UE.
The program for the AGM will be:
10:00am: coffee, tea and pastries available
10:30am: AGM starts
12:30pm: AGM concludes
The formal notice of the meeting will be included in the November Gazette but the business will include reports and a forward look from the Chairman and Finance Director as well as the usual resolution to receive the Directors’ Annual Report & Accounts. This year, resolutions will also be proposed to reappoint Tim Rycroft and Lucy Wylde as Directors, since their current terms of office expire at the conclusion of the AGM, and to update the Club’s constitution.
Just as importantly, this is also an opportunity for you to ask questions of Directors and share your views on the Club and its activities. Your feedback is invaluable.

If you are planning to attend, please select a ticket on this page and click Book Now so we know to expect you (and any person who is a joint Member with you if applicable) and can cater accordingly. But if you cannot come or think you might not be able to come, please do complete a Proxy Notice so that another person (either the chair of the meeting or another person of your choice) knows your views on the resolutions and can attend and vote on your behalf as your proxy. Appointing a proxy will not preclude you from attending in person.
The notice of the AGM, which will be issued on 20 October, will give details of how to locate the form of Proxy Notice for the meeting but if you are a new joiner after 20
