A Tulip Drive with a difference. Starting just outside Maresfield at the Ashdown Business Park, Postcode TN22 2DU this self-navigated scenic drive will take you around Ashdown Forest, visiting some of the haunts of Pooh Bear and friends, finishing at the Gardeners Arms, Ardingly, Postcode RH17 6TJ where a late Sunday roast has been organised for 3.00pm.
Congregating at 11.00 am at the Ashdown Business Park will provide an opportunity for a brief chat and cater for those in need of light refreshments or restroom facilities. Once everybody is assembled driving instructions will be circulated and cars will then be dispatched at short intervals.
Although there will be a prize for the best navigation and observation skills this is not a race but an opportunity to enjoy some of the picturesque countryside we have on offer in Sussex.
For safety reasons the self-navigated drive is only open to crews of two or more. Sole entrants can enjoy the drive on a guided basis or just participate in the lunch – please contact Sussex Regional Officers Andy or Ken to arrange these options.
