Beaconsfield Breakfast – Sunday 24th November 2024

> Back to Events

For London Region’s final Breakfast get-together of 2024, we will be returning to our “Stammtisch” aka The Hope and Champion at Beaconsfield Services. We do like to try different events and different locations through the year, but our regular meeting spot at Beaconsfield is very popular. For those of you unfamiliar with these get-togethers, we assemble in the car park of the Beaconsfield Services just off the M40 from 8.30am for a 9.00-ish breakfast at the Hope & Champion (Wetherspoons). We park at the far-left hand (Eastern) side of the car park and proceed to eat when we are ready. We normally try to eat upstairs and occupy the large tables at the window end. You are invited to bring any vehicle you like to these meetings. If the weather is inclement do not feel obliged to get your ‘precious’ out of the garage, just come in your ‘daily’ you will still receive a warm welcome!

There is usually much tyre kicking & banter around the cars both before and after breakfast, and we normally finish around 11.00 so there will be plenty of time for you to watch the footie, celebrate Stir-Up Sunday, International Aura Awareness Day, Celebrate Your Unique Talent Day, International Shift Worker Sunday, International Au Pair Day or even Katherine Heigl’s birthday with us.

The Hope & Champion offer a variety of good value breakfast options and free refills of your hot drink of choice. For clarity, this is an informal meeting of Club members, not a car show or concours competition. You can come in any vehicle you choose, and specifically, it does not have to be a Mercedes. At this time of year, we don’t expect you to bring your mint masterpiece, but we do want to see YOU. So be prepared to wrap up warm if the weather is cold, but you can be sure to receive a warm welcome from the breakfast regulars.
