London Region’s first get-together of 2025 will take place at our ‘Stammtisch’ the Hope and Champion, Beaconsfield Services.
For those who haven’t been to one of these get-togethers before, we assemble in the car park of Beaconsfield Services (just off Junction 2 of the M40) from 8.30am for a 9.00-ish breakfast at the Hope & Champion (Wetherspoons). We usually park at the far-left-hand (Eastern) side of the car park and proceed to eat when we feel ready. Normally the large table at the window end upstairs is reserved for us so we can eat in private.
There is generally some ‘tyre-kicking’ both before and after breakfast (depending on the weather obviously) so please introduce yourselves and be prepared to get involved!
These get-togethers normally finish around 11.00am so there is plenty of time afterwards for you to watch Footie, celebrate National Pizza Day, get ready for the Super Bowl, prepare for Children’s Mental Health Week or whatever else you like to do on Sunday afternoons. We look forward to seeing you there!
