CAMBRIDGESHIRE CHRISTMAS LUNCH

Following the success of last year we have again booked this very popular restaurant pub just west of Cambridge. They have a large carpark (without marked spaces) and we have made a table reservation for 24 places. Should you feel the need to combine the outing with some pre-Christmas shopping, there is a large garden centre 500yds from the pub, and if you want to get into the City centre it is only a mile to the Madingley Park and Ride.

If you would like to join us please follow both of these booking stages carefully:

1.For inclusion in our group reservation: before the deadline of 8 November, make a preliminary booking here (no payment needed at this stage) for the number of people you require. You do not need to make any payment on the Club system and IGNORE ANY SUGGESTION YOU SHOULD GO TO THE VENUE WEBSITE. Then:

To secure your place(s) at the restaurant: also before the deadline of 8 November, phone the Plough on 01954 210489 and book in your own name for the number of places you require including paying £10 per person deposit (returnable if you cancel before 5 December), stating that you are part of the Mercedes Club group (NB. using the Plough’s online booking system would not seat you in our group). Please do not give your menu choices to them – I will be collating them for our whole group, and you have until 8 November to email them to me.

I now have the 2025 Christmas Party menu – please email to me if you would like to receive it. Two courses £34, or three courses £42 ( both will have 10% discretionary service charge added to the bill).
