CAMBS CHRISTMAS LUNCH AT THE PLOUGH, COTON CB23 7BL

This is a very popular restaurant pub just west of Cambridge. They have a large carpark (without marked spaces) and we have made a table reservation for 30 places. Should you feel the need to combine the outing with some pre-Christmas shopping, there is a large garden centre 500yds from the pub, and if you want to get into the City centre it is only a couple of miles to the Madingley Park and Ride.

You can choose either two or three courses from the Christmas Part Menu (obtainable from graham.black@mercedes-benz-club.co.uk ). Please note that early booking is advisable, up to our maximum number of places. If you would like to join us please follow both of these booking stages carefully:

1.For inclusion in our group reservation: before the deadline of 15 November, make a preliminary booking here on the Club system for the number of people you require. You do not need to make any payment on the Club system. Then:

2.To secure your place(s) at the restaurant: also before the deadline of 15 November, phone the Plough on 01954 210489 and book in your own name for the number of places you require including paying £10 per person deposit (returnable if you cancel before 6 December), stating that you are part of the Mercedes Club group (NB. do not use the Plough’s online booking system – it would not seat you in our group).
