Capesthorne Hall Classic Car Show

This is the second of two visits to this location, on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August. Listed on the organisers website as “Mercedes-Benz Day”.

We are allowed to park on the gravel driveway immediately in front of the Hall where we have enough space for around 40 cars. At some point during the day we are invited into the Parade Ring with our cars and judging will take place to pick out the best Mercedes on display.

You will need to bring your own picnic tables and chairs and there are various outlets for food and drinks around the show area together with a selection of traders. Arrival time is suggested from around 9;00am.

Tickets can be booked for both days using the website https://classicshows.org/ and their is a best price offered if you book either or both shows before 31st March. The cost will be £5.91 for a car and two occupants for each show. After this date the price increases to £8.06 per ticket. Once on their website scroll down to the “Car Club Entry” section to register your booking which will be sent electronically to your mobile device. It is also possible to book by telephone on 01484 667776 but I have found this number isn’t always answered.
