We open the 2024 season proper with a visit to one of our region’s well known independent MB specialists. Avantgarde Automotive at Clevedon is run by Steve Mowat and offers a full service and repair menu for all Mercedes old and new.
Avantgarde is known to us not only as one of our local indies but also as the only independent specialist in the UK that is known for exclusively servicing and repairing the Mercedes McLaren SLR. Only 2,157 of these cars were produced globally between 2003 and 2010 and we are hoping we shall be able to see one on the day.
Steve and his team are looking forward to seeing us on Saturday 6th April from 10.30 and showing us their workshop and how they operate. So, make sure you have your pride and joy on the road at the start of April and come along for what promises to be a really interesting morning looking at, and talking about, cars. We think it will be a great start to our season. We look forward to seeing you on the day.
