Are you ready for a fantastic weekend getaway with the Mercedes-Benz Club? Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store for our upcoming event:

Day 1 – Friday 11th October

Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy reserved parking in a secure CCTV covered car park. Once settled in your room, join us for a Drinks Reception followed by a delicious 3-course dinner in a Club Style setting in the main restaurant.

Day 2 – Saturday 12th October

After a scrumptious breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic drive through the Elan Valley, with plenty of photo opportunities and breathtaking views. We’ll have lunch together at the Hafod Hotel, followed by free time to explore, take a leisurely drive back, or even hop on the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway. In the evening, get ready for a Gala Dinner in a Private Dining Room with mystery entertainment from the amazing Magician, Steve Dela!

Day 3 – Sunday 13th October

For those sticking around for the full weekend, we’ll arrange some extra activities like drives, walks, or town tours based on group interest. For those heading home, we wish you a safe journey after breakfast!

Costings

We have shared occupancy rates available starting at £92.50 per person per night (for a 2 person stay for 2 nights), including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. You can also upgrade to different room types for a little extra.

– Thursday and Sunday nights rate for Classic Double or Twin: £82.50 per night

– Shared Occupancy Upgrades:

– Classic Plus Double or Twin: £10.00 supplement

– Superior Double or Twin: £25.00 supplement

– Luxury Tower Double or Twin: £45.00 supplement

– Single Occupancy Supplements/Upgrades:

– Single Room with Single Bed: £15.00 per night

– Classic Double Bed: £40.00 per night

– Classic Plus Double Bed: £50.00 per night

– Superior Double Bed: £65.00 per night

– No upgrade available for single occupancy of Luxury Tower

These fantastic rates include Club Style Dining on Friday evening in the restaurant, private dining on Saturday evening, reserved parking in CCTV covered car park, accommodation and breakfast, 3 course choice evening menus with tea/coffee, access to spa facilities, and VAT.

Dogs are welcome, there is a £20.00 per dog per night charge.

Please note that Classic Standard Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Once standard rooms are sold out, only upgraded rooms will be available.

The cancellation policy states that the deposit is a non-refundable reservation fee, credited upon successful arrival. Individual reservations cancelled within 4 to 7 days prior to arrival are charged at 60%. Any individual cancellations received within 72 hours prior (4pm 3 days prior) to arrival are charged at 100%.

HOW TO BOOK

Select the number of people in your party attending on this page and click Book Now. This will collect a charge of £52.00 per person payable to the club to cover drinks, lunch on Saturday, and entertainment and it will put you on our list.

Then you need to call the Metropole Hotel & Spa directly at 01597 823700 and provide the Group ID code 1694 paying a £20.00 per person non-refundable deposit to the hotel. Bookings can also be made via email to reservations@metropole.co.uk, attention Tom, using the Group ID code.
