We have been invited to attend the Bank Holiday Monday Mawdesley Classic Car Show 2024 by the hosts Mawdesley Cricket Club, School Lane, Mawdesley, L40 3TG. Bar and refreshments will be available together with family activities and local community stalls. There will also be a flying display by a model aircraft club. One of our members attended in 2023 and confirmed it was a most enjoyable day. Show entry is a voluntary £5 per vehicle donation to the cricket club funds. Those wishing to take part in the local village convoy run, pre-registration is essential and entry fee is £15 to include a rally plaque and a reserved show place on return from the car run.
