MBC Officials Conference 2025

This is the annual conference for invited officials to network with others,  hear of new developments in the Club, share information and this year, hold a Prize Giving.   The conference is open to all Club Regional Officers, Model Register Captains and Pub Meet Organisers.

An exciting programme for the day is being developed and we hope to include speakers from other relevant companies.

The event is being held on Sunday 23rd February 2025 at the Warwick Delta Hotel, A429 Stratford Rd, Budbrooke, Warwick CV34 6RE.

The event starts with Bacon Butties and refreshments from 9.30am.   For those who live more than 100 miles from the venue,  overnight accomodation for Saturday 22nd February will be provided by the Club.   The event will finish by 16;30

Travel mileage expenses will be covered under the usual Club rules.

The information we need from ALL ROs, MRCs and PMOs, including whether you can attend or not, is on a form which you access by selecting either a “Yes I can attend” or”No I can’t attend”  ticket  and clicking book now.

This takes you to a simple form to confirm if you can attend or not and if you are attending, the details we need to book rooms etc.

ALL ROs, MRCs and PMOs, ARE ASKED TO “BOOK” TO SAY IF THEY CAN ATTEND OR NOT.
