Mercedes on the Prom, Llandudno, Sunday 23rd June 2024

I am pleased to announce that we have been granted permission by the local authorities to hold this very popular event again in 2024. Over the years this has become our regions star event with members travelling from all over the country to support the event, some making it a mini-break and seeing more of the local area.

As per previous years we will be display parking on the pedestrian area of Llandudno’s classic promenade, which is close to the town centre, leaving you free to enjoy all that this Victorian town has to offer, from the Victoria Pier to the wild goats on the Great Orme, as well as admiring some great cars!

The St George’s Hotel have very kindly offered the use of their facilities in the Menai Suite where tea, coffee and snack lunches can be purchased on the day. If you fancy something a bit more substantial for lunch, there is also the opportunity to dine in the Terrace Lounge overlooking the promenade.

Entry to the event is via a £13 donation and upon receipt you will be e-mailed a promenade parking permit in the weeks prior to the event. All proceeds, after club costs, will be donated to the Wales Air Ambulance.

To attend this event, you must register to obtain a promenade parking permit beforehand. Due to strict Harbour Master rules – no permit equals no entry.

To attend this event, please register/make payment on the club “Events” web page or if you do not have an internet connection, please contact the Club Office on 01780 482111 during normal office hours and they will register on your behalf. If you contact the office to register for this event, this must be done while you are on the phone to them, and you will need to have your membership number and payment card details available.
