Christmas dinner, as last year, will be held at Weston Manor Hotel

We will have exclusive use of The Tudor Room and the agreement reached with the hotel is:

£92.00 per person to include
Arrival drink – (select from mulled wine or prosecco)
Three Course festive dinner
½ bottle house wine

For those of us staying at the hotel over night the agreement is: £150/room B&B for two sharing.

Each guest will responsible for the per person dinner package and accommodation. So, to confirm their space at the event the payment for the dinner package would be due at the time of booking and the accommodation can be guaranteed by card and settled on arrival at the hotel…or at least leave card details…I assume most of us will be taking drinks beyond those included.

In the first instance could everyone wanting to take advantage of these arrangements please let me know so that I can understand the numbers likely to attend and give contact details for payment.

Last year we had a colourful mix of dress from “black tie” to Christmas Jumpers and anything in-between…very relaxed.
