Open to all Members and Mercedes models! Booking deadline 22 July 2024.
Simon and Janet Harrison have very generously agreed to facilitate this popular event again for us as a bring-your-own picnic, and they will provide free hot beverages, soft drinks and wine for our enjoyment from the Gazebo Cafe. As some of you may know, Simon is a joint Model Register Captain for the W124. Arrival time on the day will be between 11am and 12noon.
Our cars will be displayed in a large paddock, with ample room behind each vehicle for us to set up individual picnic spots, although some chairs and tables will be available in the orchard for those who wish to use them. Toilets will be available.
Also we are very pleased to say that we are again expecting a performance from the St Nicolas Brass Band. There will be a raffle to raise a donation to Action for XP (please feel free to bring items for the table!).
