The ticket price is £90 per car with two occupants. This includes a bottle of gin per car, a distillery tour and a tour of an aircraft (A400 or C17) for each occupant; photos of your car individually, and our Club cars collectively, with the aircraft. Individuals or additional passengers can attend at £55 per person (contact me direct for this option).
The Wood Brothers Distillery have kindly done their bit at cost and the rest is provided by the RAF volunteers to maximise the money raised for the RAFBF. The distillery will also remain open as late as you want so clubs can hold raffles or meetings or just enjoy their bar in the lovely historic farm setting with the other clubs.
Being the Cotswolds there are some lovely places to stay and eat should you want to arrange something afterwards or perhaps a lunch stop beforehand at the Classic Motor Hub near Bibury.
The event is limited to twenty Mercedes-Benz Club cars (other car clubs will also be in attendance) with arrival at RAF Brize Norton circa 13:00 and a finish time of 17:00
