S Fest next year will be on Sunday the 23rd June 2024 at Belvoir Castle, Near Grantham Lincs. which is accessible and signposted from the A1 M road.
The cost will be £16 per person and the car comes free.
Whether you have an S class from the 1930’s or the very latest W224 S class you will be most welcome and we encourage you to show your car at the Festival for other likeminded owners to enjoy.
If you wish to bring another model of Mercedes you will be most welcome and we will find somewhere to park you.
The intended program is as follows :-
Saturday evening the 22nd June, there will be a totally informal ‘dinner and conversation (a 2 course dinner will be £40) ‘ (maximum 40 members) at the Manners Arms which is a country house 1.5 miles from Belvoir castle itself. There is limited accommodation (8 Rooms) at the Manners Arms, thus reservations are on a first come first served basis.
There are lots of other B&B’s in the area to suit all tastes and budgets.
Entrance to Belvoir Castle for the Festival will be from 09:30 Hours on Sunday 23rd June. At the event itself please be on time as there is a quick welcome brief along with coffee and bacon/sausage butties, at extra cost of £7.50 per person, please let either myself or Paul Lobanov-Rostovsky know well in advance please.
As usual, volunteers will be needed on the day to help with access and parking. If you are able to assist please let either myself or my co- organizer Paul Lobanov-Rostovsky know in due course.
To book your place at S Fest please use the club website and register and pay there.
For dinner on the Saturday evening please call Tamara Taylor (The Landlady) at the Manners Arms and mention that you are a Mercedes Club member and that you would like to pay the £10 deposit to book your seat at the dinner, you can also speak to her to book your room at the same time.

There are no accessibility issues to the event as you will drive straight up to the castle. If you wish to have a tour of the castle there are a couple of places that might be a bit of a challenge for a wheelchair user
