This will be our regions second visit to this Classic Car Festival which is held in aid of a local hospices and charities. This proved to be a popular show with members on our last visit, hence our return. What started off as a “one off” event has grown to be a popular event with a wide range of vehicles from other car clubs and individual entries. Last year they had over 350 vehicles from motor bikes, cars, tractors and trucks.
As well as lots of cars to see and admire, there is plenty to keep all the family entertained. A vintage tearoom will have hot snacks and tea & coffee, and in later in the day afternoon tea will be available. There will be trade stalls, live music from a local group and the Shrewsbury Concert Band to keep us entertained.
Entry is from 9am and the entrance fee is £5 per car, payable on the gate with all monies going to local hospices and charities.
