Overview of the Event
We return to our second of two visits at Tatton Park. For those who have previously attended, you will know that it is an exceptional event, bringing together the best clubs from the North West and beyond. The weekend promises a fantastic experience for all motoring enthusiasts.
What to Expect at the Show
There is plenty to see and do at the show, with clubs displaying the finest cars, bikes, commercial vehicles, and military vehicles. The variety ensures that there is something of interest for everyone, whether you are a lifelong enthusiast or a casual visitor.
Trade Stands and Autojumble
A range of trade stands will be available to help keep your classic or modern car in tip top condition. If you are searching for spare parts, especially for your older Mercedes-Benz you will find the world-famous Tatton Park Show Autojumble an unmissable highlight.
Organisers’ View
‘’Passion for Power Classic Motor Show is evolving into the Classic & Retro Car Revival sponsored by Hagerty, promising to enthrall both enthusiasts and families at Tatton Park this August. Formerly known for its array of classic and performance cars, the event is now rejuvenated with an exciting blend of classic and retro vehicles. Highlights include sports cars, a new firing-up area, and a variety of specialist car dealers, ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees.’’
Tatton Park at a Glance
A historic estate in Cheshire with a mansion, gardens, farm, and 1,000 acres of parkland, hosting over 100 events each year. There’s something for everyone—history, nature, and family activities.
And finally….
Please ensure that you book your ticket promptly, as there is only a limited window for purchases from the organisers, with the closing date set at one month prior to the event. Kindly inform the office by either phone (there is a messaging service outside of office hours) or by email of your preferred attendance day or if you wish to participate on both days.
The cost will be £12.50 per car, per day, reflecting a modest increase compared to previous years due to postage and general expenses; however, this still offers significant savings on car parking fees and showground entry costs.
You will have the opportunity to win the cost of your ticket back too!!
Your tickets will be sent out by the clubs office staff by 1st class approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
I have secured our usual plot, and it is essential that all vehicles are parked on the stand by 9:30 am at the latest. After 9:30 am, access to the showground will be denied. I will be present from 8:00 am to welcome members.
