Vineyard Tour, Wine Tasting & Lunch  :  Thursday 20th June 2024

We’ve arranged for a private tour of Alder Vineyard at Lewdown, near Okehampton, West Devon on Thursday 20th June, commencing at 11:00.

Our tour around their vineyard will be conducted by the head winemaker, after which we go into their winery for a fun and informal tasting of their current wines before having a Winemakers lunch platter (each for 2 people) of local cheeses, charcuterie, bread, crackers, nuts, olives, fresh fruit and chutney.  Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available.

The cost of this is £26.25 per person which includes the tour, tasting and lunch but not any other drinks or desserts.

Pre-booking and payment is essential.  If you are coming along as a single we will make sure you are paired for lunch or have a single serving.

Please let us know of any particular dietary requirements when you book and/or if you require a vegetarian/vegan lunch.

Accessibility information

Their buidlings are on a single level and are wheelchair friendly. However, the vineyard tour itself does involve walking on grass and slopes so those with a lack of mobility may prefer to sit the tour out in their cafe until the group returns to the winery for tasting and lunch.
