W124 Event 2025

For 2025 the W124 Event returns to “Bomber County”, namely The Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. (LN10 6QG). Formerly the Officer’s Mess of the 617 Dambusters Squadron, the hotel and it’s picturesque display area last hosted the event in 2022.

The event will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm and will follow the format of previous years. There will be a prizegiving at 3:00pm. As usual all models of Mercedes-Benz are welcome at this popular and well supported event. Tea and Coffee facilities will be available in the garden and display area. Sunday lunch will be available in the hotel, the bar or on the terrace. As a lighter alternative, hot roast meat rolls and the starter menu of the lunch menu will also be available.

For those members wishing to stay at the hotel on the Saturday night we have negotiated special rates with a selection of rooms available, strictly on a first come first served basis, up until the 30th June 2025. A Classic Double or Twin room is £205-00 per night on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate. Garden View rooms are £250-00 per night. Single rooms are £150-00 per night. Rates for rooms on the Friday and Sunday nights are available from the hotel directly, subject to availability. The dinner on the Saturday night will be served in a private room. Menu choices will be required two weeks beforehand. For members not staying at the hotel but wishing to attend the Saturday night dinner, (three courses plus coffee), the cost will be £47-50 per person.
