Privacy Policy / Notice

At The Mercedes-Benz Club we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership, including the posting of member magazines, and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. This may include passing information to organisations in countries outside the UK. The Club has designated the UK Information Commissioners Office as the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

We would like to emphasise that we will not pass your information to any outside body for commercial purposes, including other members of The Mercedes-Benz Club without asking your permission first.

Data is normally destroyed after a period of ten years from the end of your membership, if you wish for it to be destroyed at the time you leave the club please inform the Club office below or email: catherine.barlow@mercedes-benz-club.co.uk

If you are the relative of a member or former member and wish for their records to be destroyed, please give your reason and the members details.

If at any time you have given your permission for information to be passed to a third party and you wish to withdraw that permission you can do so by email to catherine.barlow@mercedes-benz-club.co.uk or by writing to The Mercedes-Benz Club, 30 Scotgate, Stamford, PE9 2YQ quoting your name and membership number.
