All shortlisted applicants will be required to publish a statement to Members in support of their candidacy in such manner as the Directors determine, which may be electronically, and the names of their proposer and seconders will be published with that statement.
The effect of this is to allow the candidates’ statements to be published on the Club Website and other electronic means rather than by the Gazette.
