The Club’s Annual General meeting (AGM) was held on Sunday in Stratford-upon-Avon. After the main business of the Meeting, where the Finance Director’s report was passed unanimously, John Benedicic, RO for Cumbria asked several useful questions which were responded to by Clive Henderson, the outgoing Chairman. Then the four new Directors took their seats, alongside the three remaining ones.
